Google's Suit of AI Products

In a bid to catch-up with peers, Google has launched a number of AI tools to make life easy whether to create a video, research or be a personal assistant, google’s suite of products have it all.

Veo 2 is google’s latest offering. It is a video generation model, much better than its previous version-Veo. The model is capable of generating high-resolution videos across a wide range of styles and subjects. A feature that stands out is enhanced realism. The model incorporates cinematic expertise allowing users to specify camera angle, lenses and effects. It can craft wide-angle shots and support better resolution.

Another offering from Google, Gemini 2 is a better version of Gemini 1. It is designed for the agentic era enabling AI systems to understand, reason and act more efficiently. It’s multimodal capabilities allow it to process and generate text, images, video and audio outputs.

Meanwhile its ambitious project Mariner enables AI driven web browsing and interaction. Designed for the Gemini2 model, it allows users to perform advance task online autonomously such as booking tickets, shopping, or conducting market research. For safety purpose, while logging in, users receiving notifications for major decisions ensuring transparency. For developers, Mariner offers APIs to integrate its browsing capabilities into their applications, creating new possibilities for automation and user experience enhancements.

Its project Astra is an AI assistant that works seamlessly across its suite of services. Powered by Gemini2, Astra acts as a highly contextual and proactive assistant capable of providing real-time responses tailored to user needs. It does not just respond to commands but anticipate user requirements by analyzing behaviour and context.

For example, while drafting an email astra might suggest relevant attachments or provide summaries of referenced documents from google drive. It can perform complex task like creating detailed travel itineraries using google map and calendar.
